How I work with your store

Writing orders is only part of the job. I come by in person and run product-knowledge (PK) sessions for your staff. Afterward I set your team up with online training material and pro-deal access.

In-person support

I'll come by the store to walk you through the line and look at your assortment with you. I can also help get product looking good on the floor.

Product training

I run clinics on lens tech and fit, plus ski construction for Stöckli shops, so your staff feel good selling it.

Ordering help

I'll help with pre-season booking and reorders, and walk you through dealer programs and getting your account set up.

One person to call

Questions, warranty issues and stock checks come straight to me, and I already know your account.

How do I become a Smith dealer in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba or the North?

Just send me a message through the contact form below. I'll get to know your store, talk you through the Smith line and current dealer programs, and help you apply for an account with the brand. It works the same way for Blenders Eyewear, Suncloud and Stöckli.

What kind of stores can carry these brands?

I work with independent specialty retailers like ski and snowboard shops, outdoor stores, bike shops and eyewear retailers. Each brand reviews new accounts, so the best first step is a quick chat with me about your store and your customers.

Is there a minimum opening order?

It depends on the brand and the program. I'll walk you through the current pre-season and in-season options so you can pick an opening order that fits your store.

Do you help with product training and merchandising?

Yes. I do product training for your staff and help with assortment planning and merchandising, in person whenever I can.

Can I carry just one brand?

Yes. Start with whichever brand fits your store best, whether that's Smith, Blenders Eyewear, Suncloud or Stöckli, and we can talk about adding others later.
